The UN Human Rights Committee will consider the UK Government’s performance on delivering the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights on 24th March 2020 in Geneva. Scrutiny of human rights delivery and fulfillment of responsibilities in Scotland will form part of the UK wide review. The Committee will produce a ‘List of issues Prior to Reporting’ which will seek answers to matters of concern.
